Hydrofresh is a nail cleanser and dehydrator in one which, dramatically improves adhesion. It is a hydrophobically balanced solution that, defats, dehydrates, purifies and combats the risk of cross contamination.
Illume Hydrofresh also contains pathogen fighters, which will last up to 20 minutes once placed on the nail plate. This provides the nail technician enough time to apply Illume Fusion.
