Hair Mart is a trade-only supplier, exclusively serving qualified hair and beauty professionals in Western Australia. We deliver only to Western Australian addresses (no PO Boxes or Eastern States addresses).
As a member, you’ll have access to our professional e-commerce site with wholesale pricing, exclusive offers, and support.
You can register online using the form below, or visit your local store with proof of qualification and photo ID. A one-off admin fee of $7.50 applies both online and in-store.
Existing customers can log in via the ‘Log-In’ section to access their account. If you have an account and are unable to shop online, please email marketing@hairmart.com.au.
To register, complete the form below and provide proof of qualification for each skill selected. Accepted proof includes:
- Trade certificates (recognised hair or beauty qualification)
- Current enrolment papers (at an accredited provider)
- Business registration certificate (for hair and/or beauty services)
- ABN (for hair and/or beauty services)
For your ID card photo:
- From the shoulders up
- White background (with space around the face for cropping)
- No sunglasses or filters
- Neutral or smiling facial expression
Please note:
Your application will be reviewed and processed within 3 Weeks. The photo must be a JPG file, around 1MB in size. It’s best to complete the form on a computer to ensure smoother image uploads.
Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your Hair Mart ID number and online login details. A Hair Mart photo ID card will be mailed to you, which may take a few days. If there are any issues with your application, we will notify you.
